Who we are
Founded in 1978 by José do Carmo Pedrosa, Pedrosa & Filhos Lda. emerges as a local reference in the wood exploration and exploitation industry.
Maintaining its family roots and working on the basis of knowledge passed on from generation to generation, we are currently a company operating on a national and international level, with vast experience in the various branches of carpentry, but always with an eye on the future.
We work directly with our clients from the design conceptualization of their projects to the finishing and application of the products, using our own production as well as a vast network of suppliers who guarantee the quality and diversity of our proposals.
Pedrosa & Filhos Lda has a long history of collaboration with professionals in the field of construction and renovation of spaces and buildings (Builders, Architects, Designers, among others). It also has a personalized service which is suitable for any client.
Mission
Pedrosa & Filhos Lda is proud to have as its main mission the promotion of solutions and products that help transform into reality the spaces idealized by our clients. Through personalisation and attention to detail, we intend that our clients enjoy their dream spaces sustained by products of guaranteed quality and longevity.
Furthermore, our special objective is to promote a dynamic and inclusive work environment with a real impact on the community. Pedrosa & Filhos Lda aims to be a reference organization in the national and international markets for the transformation of wood and derivatives, as well as for the application of our work in their projects.

Environment
Aware of the impact of our industry on the environment, our constant goal is to pursue an increasingly sustainable production process with special consideration for our natural resources: wood and wood-based products.
By encouraging recycling as well as adopting a responsible waste treatment policy, we aim to be a benchmark company in balancing industrial activity with the conscious exploitation of natural resources.
In this sense, we give more and more priority to ecologically responsible resources, such as the water-based products used in varnishing and lacquering processes, avoiding products with more harmful compositions.
